3. User Accounts

Some features of HomeVibed.com require you to sign in with a one-time email magic link. Refunds, where approved, are processed within 48–72 hours depending on your bank's processing time.

6. Interactive Tools and AI-Generated Content

HomeVibed.com provides interactive tools including an AI Room Checker, Home Vibe Quiz, and an automated blog that uses artificial intelligence to generate home design articles. You acknowledge and agree that:

• AI-generated content and tool outputs are for informational and inspirational purposes only and do not constitute professional advice;
• Results from the AI Room Checker, quiz, and other tools are generated algorithmically and may not be accurate or suitable for your specific circumstances;
• You use AI-generated recommendations at your own risk;
• When using the AI Room Checker, you grant us a limited license to process uploaded images solely for the purpose of generating your analysis. We do not store uploaded room photos beyond the session unless you explicitly save them to your profile.

7. AI Chat Services
