Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

Filing a DMCA Counter-Notice

If you believe that content you posted on HomeVibed.com was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to our DMCA Agent at legal@homevibed.com with the subject line "DMCA Counter-Notice." Your counter-notice must include the following, as required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3):

1. Identification of the removed material: A description of the material that was removed and the location (URL) where it appeared before it was removed or disabled.
2. Statement under penalty of perjury: A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.

4. Consent to jurisdiction: A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or, if your address is outside the United States, any judicial district in which Taciturn Studios LLC may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original takedown notice or their agent.
5. Signature: Your physical or electronic signature.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notice, we will forward it to the original complainant and may restore the removed content within 10–14 business days unless the complainant notifies us that they have filed a court action seeking an order to restrain you from engaging in infringing activity relating to the material.

Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable law, Taciturn Studios LLC has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, the accounts of users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also, at our sole discretion, limit access to HomeVibed.comand/or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.
